Inc. was started as a sole proprietorship
in 1991 and incorporated in 2000. Glenn Lenker, President
& CEO, has a
B-General Contractors License, a C-39 Roofing License, a C-2 Insulation
License, and a C-43 Sheet
Metal License. Glenn started roofing in 1985 and has experience on all
facets of the job. Glenn grew up in the valley, is now married, and has
2 daughters.

has done over $11 million dollars in
gross sales since 1991. We have a very high referral rate and repeat customer rate. Our record speaks for
itself. We have no
complaints
filed against us with the State Board of Contractors. We have never had
a Lien filed from a supplier or subcontractor. No employee
has ever
sued us. We carry current liability insurance. We have never had to
tarp a roof in the middle of the night
due to leaving it open. We have never been late filing our payroll
taxes and we have never been audited by the

that allows us to do a complete roof project: insulation, carpentry,
painting, and electrical work. Glenn was the President of the San Jose Chapter of NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry) 1999-2000.
Glenn has been on KNTV News Channel
11 (5/99) with Ellis Levinson, "The Consumer Guy", explaining
how to hire a
contractor, and Done Right has worked on the roof at KNTV doing
various repair jobs. Ellis has written a book on how to hire a
contractor. Glenn
has also been in the San Jose Mercury News (4/00) as a voice of
contractors in the valley. Glenn gives seminars on how to hire a

We have no
salesmen, no commissions
paid and no manager. Glenn oversees each
reroof. Glenn will give you a
daily update
of the progress on the job. Billing keeps you in the driver's seat with
a down payment of 10% or $1,000, whichever is less,
the balance of the first 50% when half the job is finished and the
remaining 50% after your new roof is complete, we are done with the
clean up, and the permit has been signed off.
